Το SoMo , που προέρχεται από την "Κοινωνική Κινητικότητα", είναι μια καινοτόμος εφαρμογή κινητικότητας που σας δίνει την ελευθερία να επιλέξετε πώς να μεταβείτε από το σημείο Α στο σημείο Β με την εισαγωγή τριών καινοτόμων ιδεών:

Social Sharing Ride - Ελευθερία να επιλέξετε να μοιραστείτε τη βόλτα σας με φίλους, οικογένεια, συναδέλφους, γονείς άλλων παιδιών ή οποιονδήποτε άλλο κοινωνικό κύκλο.

Συναντήσεις - γεγονότα που καθορίζονται από την τοποθεσία, την ώρα, τους συμμετέχοντες και το σκοπό. Οι χρήστες μπορούν να συνδεθούν με φίλους και κοινωνικούς κύκλους με βάση κοινές δραστηριότητες και να συμμετάσχουν μαζί σε μια συνάντηση οποιασδήποτε διάστασης.

Shut down of SoMo


Hello,

Despite early enthusiasm for the SoMo application and service, we have found that the interest in this type of a service has gradually decreased over time including dramatically throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we have decided to shut down the SoMo application and service as of September 4, 2020.

What does this mean to you?

Between today and until September 3, 2020

You may continue to use the application as you have been using it to date.

Please prepare to take a copy of any of your historical rides, gatherings or carpools, where necessary.

Once you have saved any necessary information, please delete the application from your mobile device.

On September 4, 2020

The SoMo application and service will be shut down and you will no longer be able to access or download the application.

Your account, including any personal data associated to your account is going to be deleted, including any historical rides or gatherings, your carpooling groups or any additional information in your profile, including any credit cards you may have stored with your account.

While the service is available, you may still continue to contact us at mobility.apps.support@here.com. Please note that the customer support channel will also be similarly shut down on September 4, 2020.

For any privacy related queries, you may continue to contact the HERE Privacy team at privacy@here.com even beyond the dates mentioned above.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this decision.

In many cases, your phone number was the only contact point we had for you. If you had not been using the service actively or had already deleted it, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.


Will you stop sending me SMSs going forward?

Yes. As an active SoMo user, you will only receive this one-time notification about the upcoming discontinuation of the service. We will not keep your phone number for any other purposes going forward.
