Επιστροφή στο Forum : Garmin Express Τρέχουσα έκδοση v7.21.0.0
Κατά τα πρότυπα του NAVIGON Fresh και του TomTom Home, η Garmin εξελίσσει εδώ και δύο μήνες περίπου τη δικιά της εφαρμογή Garmin Express για PC & Mac. Αρκετές λειτουργίες με την σπουδαιότερη που έλειπε, την επαναφορά και δημιουργία αντιγράφων ασφαλείας (backup).

H εφαρμογή σήμερα (7-2-13) είναι στην έκδοση 2.1.5, και περισσότερα αλλά και για να την κατεβάσετε απο ΕΔΩ (http://software.garmin.com/en-US/express.html).
Σε πολύ γρήγορους ρυθμούς δουλεύουν τα παιδιά στο Garmin Wurzburg και δεν τους προλαβαίνουμε !!! Είμαστε στη έκδοση 2.16 !!! Μπράβο τους !!! Κάτι καλό ετοιμάζουν !!!

Σε πολύ γρήγορους ρυθμούς δουλεύουν τα παιδιά στο Garmin Wurzburg και δεν τους προλαβαίνουμε !!!

Την 2.1.9 την πηδήσαμε. Αν και εκανε την εμφάνιση της για μερικές ώρες εξαφανίστηκε και στον σερβερ της garmin ειχε επανέρθει η 2.1.8.
Αλλα πριν απο λιγο είχαμε νεα έκδοση της νεας σουίτας 2.1.10

ΥΓ1: Σε περιπτωση....δεν υπαρχει περίπτωση...που δεν αναγνωρίζει την συσκευής υπάρχει λύση. Μονο που για προσωπικούς μου λόγους δίνετε μέσω Προσωπικού Μηνύματος (PM) προς εμενα.
ΥΓ2: το Garmin Express 2.2.13 Δεν ειναι τοσο κακο οσο η φήμη του. Απλα οι χρήστες ξεχνούν ενα βασικο απο τα Win Vista και πανω...εαν το λάβουν υπόψη τους δεν θα εχουν πρόβλημα....
Να μην ξεχναμε οτι δεν τα ξερουμε ολα και ολοι μαθαίνουμε ο ενας απο τον αλλο. Μερικοί ομως το ξεχάσαν και μας χώρισαν σε ομάδες. Μια μανα 2 παιδια...Γκαρμιν...εμεις ομως τους αγαπάμε και ας μην μας μας καταδέχονται τα...αδέρφια μας. Έχουμε όμως την υποχρέωση να καταξιώσουμε το φόρουμ αυτο για τις ελευθερες φωνές, απορίες, σκέψεις και απόψεις του καθε χρήστη και οχι να τον επιπλήττουμε....

Κάθισα και το έψαξα λίγο με τις εφαρμογές της Garmin, και ανακάλυψα ένα ανεξήγητο μπάχαλο από εφαρμογές και προγραμματάκια (WebUpdater, MapUpdater, Lifetime MapUpdater, κλπ, κλπ). Απορώ με την ανοησία της Garmin πως τόσα χρόνια δεν είχε σκεφθεί το όλα σε ένα, και να δουλεύει και σωστά βεβαίως. Ευτυχώς όταν αγόρασα το δικό μου υπήρχε το Garmin Express το οποίο μέχρι τώρα δουλεύει απροβλημάτιστα, διαφορετικά δεν ξέρω τι θα έκανα!
Αν φτιάξουν και τις δρομολογήσεις, θα είμαι μια χαρά!

Κυριάκο, μας ήταν γνωστό απο παλιά οτι αμέσως μετά την εξαγορά της NAVIGON απο την Garmin, ένα απο τα πρώτα πράγματα που θα άλλαζε θα ήταν αυτό που λές <<ένα σε όλα>>. Τότε μάλιστα σε άλλο φόρουμ που είμαστε (ΝaviUsers) το είχαμε αναφέρει. Οι πληροφορίες που είχαμε τότε, ήταν ότι θα το ονόμαζαν Garmin Fresh (κατά το NAVIGON Fresh), αλλά στην πορεία έγινε Garmin Express για προφανείς λόγους. Θα προσφέρει δε περισσότερες λειτουργίες στην τελική του μορφή, απο όσες σήμερα γνωρίζουμε.
Υπομονή!

Θελουν να το κανουν πολύ εργαλείο.
Σε μερικα συστηματα υπολογιστών υπαρχει προβληματάκι με τη συνεργασια συσκευων και εφαρμογης. Εγω απο την πρωτη στιγμή το χρησιμοποιήω χωρις προβλημα. Η μαγικη συνταγή ειναι εγκατάσταση με δικαιώματα αντιμν και ασε αλλους να λενε... :cool:
Μια χαρά τα πάει προς το παρόν σε εμένα φιλαράκι, από την πρώτη ημέρα αγοράς του 3597 μέχρι και σήμερα. Κανένα πρόβλημα δεν έχω, και ούτε κανένας άλλος νομίζω. Το μοναδικό επίσημο της Garmin άλλωστε!

υπαρχουν πολλοι ακομα που εχουν garmin ?

Εγω σε Mac που το χρησιμοποιω χρονια δεν ειχα ποτε προβλημα. (ενημερωνω 4 διαφορετικες συσκευες ακομη και τωρα)
Σε PC που το εχω χρησιμοποησει 2-3 φορες δεν ειχα θεμα.
υπαρχουν πολλοι ακομα που εχουν garmin ?
Και τι να εχεις Tomtom που οι χαρτες ειναι χαλια ? (για Ελλαδα παντα μιλαμε)
ολα εχουν να κανουν με το που ακριβως εστιαζεις την συζητηση.
1. και εγω απο την μερια μου αναφερθηκα στην ελλαδα. Που εχουν ελαχιστες πλεον πωλησεις και δεν υπαρχει σχεδον πουθενα geodata χαρτης στα νεα μοντελα του σκορδιλη.
2. εαν εχουμε αντιπαραθεση στα pnd garmin vs tomtom, εδω παλι εχουμε ...
- στους χαρτες ? εγω νομιζω πως εχουμε καλυτερους αστικους τομτομ και καλυτερους here στην επαρχια
- στο λογισμικο ? προσωπικα, η εφαρμογη του tomtom ειναι καλυτερη απο της garmin
- στην συσκευη ? εδω ειναι νικητης η garmin. Σιγα να μην πληρωσω μερικα κατοσταρικα στην τομτομ για να παρω πλαστικες οθονες και να πρεπει να βαλω μεμβρανη προστασιας !
3. στην διαμαχη των τελευταιων 10 ετων .... PND vs smartphones ?????
νομιζω πως η συντριπτικη πλειοψηφια των καταναλωτων σε παγκοσμιο επιπεδο εχει αποδειξει τις επιλογες της
Θα σου πω τη γνωμη μου μιας και αρχισαμε την κουβεντα.....
Θα ξεκινησω αναποδα.
3. Προσωπικα προτιμω PND για πολλους λογους (παραμετροποιηση και δυνατοτητες που δεν υπαρχουν στις εγαρμογες των smartphone + εισαι ανεξαρτητος αν σε παρει καποιος τηλεφωνο κα )
2. Στους χαρτες με 1000 here αρα Garmin, TomTom ειναι πολυ πισω ακομη αν και εχει κανει αρκετα βηματα τα τελευταια χρονια (εχει 1 αυτοκινητο και χαρτογραφει τη χωρα μας το τελευταιο διαστημα )
Στο λογισμικο επισης Garmin , το tomtom το θεωρω δυσχρηστο και αβολο . Δεν εχει επιλογες για χρωματα , γκρι , μαυρα και ασπρο για τους δρομους δεν ξεχωριζεις τιποτα. (με μια ματια)
Εχω το discover Go και ενω εχει 7αρα οθονη επειδη δεν εχει υψηλη αναλυση δειχνει λιγοτερα δεδομενα απο το 5αρι Garmin που εχω και εχει λιγοτερες παραμετρους να πειραξεις.
Να μην αναφερω και τους νεους NDS Maps που ειναι χειροτεροι απο τους χαρτες των παλιων Tomtom . Εχει γινει ο κακος χαμος στα forum της Tomtom
Το καλο χαρακτηριστικο που ειχε η Tomtom φροντισαν να το αφαιρεσουν ( την διορθωση στους χαρτες απο τους χρηστες )
Μονο η κινηση ειναι καλυτερη στα Tomtom κατα τη γνωμη μου.
1. Στην Ελλαδα ποτε δεν ειχαμε ιδιαιτερες πωλησεις σε pnd (για σοβαρες συσκευες μιλαμε ) . Ολοι περνανε μια εποχη τις φθηνες συσκευες χωρις αναβαθμισεις που μετα απο 1 χρονο ηταν για πεταμα.... Η Geodata ειναι μεγαλο πληγμα που σταματησε να βγαζει νεους χαρτες . Πριν μερικα χρονια ειχε πολυ καλυτερες χαρτες απο την τοτε Navteq . Τωρα εχουν ξεπεραστοι και αυτοι , εχουν πολλες ελλειψεις.
Για τον απλο χρηστη ενα δωρεαν προγραμμα Tomtom amigo ή here maps ακομη και το google maps στο smartphone ειναι τελειο......... οποτε λογικο ειναι παγκοσμιως τα pnd να εχουν πατωσει.
Και τωρα που τα νεα αυτοκινητα εχουν ενσωματωμενα tablet με τεραστιες οθονες και χαρτες και μπορεις να συνδεσεις το κινητο σε αυτα ........ RIP PND
